I used to have this page available with the listed + bonus. After the 1.68 patch, much of that data became inaccurate. I received requests to leave this page up, so that people could still see which items gave anything to speed. This list is still incomplete, but it's a start.

Items with + to Cast Speed

The max benefit you can get from + to cast speed is 10%.
