Stealth Lore:  Target has a greater chance of uncovering stealthed opponents.  If the target has the Stealth skill, their ability to use stealth is greater as well.

Basic Stealth Lore, Stealth Lore, and Greater Stealth Lore have had their durations reduced to 30, 60, and 90 seconds respectively. The bonus to stealth detection granted by these abilities has also been moderately increased.

Leveling the Artifact:


Strategy:

Starting loc for this quest in Hesperos 56k 33k underwater.

First you will likely see 4 named Merman,they will tell you their story,after you speak to one you need to speak to the rest of them so they all come with you.
Conversations with Agnah, Unah, Nevsa, and Inah.

The key to mission is to escort at least 2 of them inside the cave,if two dont make it inside alive you fail. This is a tricky quest because you have to keep em alive, if attacked they will get spooked and run back home,if they are attacked they seem to attack you sometimes (possibly a bug) and finally the cave of the enterance is guarded by tons of yellow to oj con to 50 sharks.

The exact loc of the cave is 51839 55316

once you get them in the cave they will cast a spell and a yellow con octopus will appear,kill him and the nacklace is yours.

When we first got the two in the cave they didnt seem to want to cast the spell,so i talked to both of them and they asked "should we stop" click on stop and then immidietly click on them again and they will ask "shall we go" click yes on go and they will refollow you and cast the spell.   Nov 14

A few people saying that the task for this artifact is bugged, what needs to be done is now in brackets: [take a closer look] You need to do this like you would dig or excavate, ie '/take a closer look' while you have the statue selected.  Only way I could get the NPC's to cast.  Apr 5 2004

Respawn on nereids is about 30 minutes or so..the encounter is easily soloed and farmable.  Apr 26 2004

Goddess' Necklace (artifact) enounter is actually soloable, if you just avoid shark aggro you can take the maids right into the cave (although it may take a couple tries to get it right).  Dec 16

The octopus spawns when you get at least 2 nereids safely to the cave, they cast a spell, it spawns and you get a server message of the octopus snatching something (the necklace)
You kill it and it goes to your inventory, i think    Nov 24

In the Coral Sanctuary (56,34 Hersperos) are three NPCs who give you a chore if you speak to them.  The talk of a long lost family treasure which they believe is in a cave to the SSW.  They can not get into the cave because it is guarded by sharks and ask you to help them in exhange for some of the treasure.  They also note tht if you lok into the cave you will see no treasure.  They have to cast a spell to make it appear. If you agree, only one of the three follow you.
The cave is at 52,54 Hesperos and has many sharks around its entrance.  Hammerheads and deep chasm sharks - most yellow and a few OJs to 50s.  Solo, I was unable to get the NPC through the gauntlet of sharks.  However, since I am a shade I WAS able to get iinside the cave.   It is a small cave in side a rock.  Its entrance is visible to you as you approach from the NW.  Inside is an OJ Statue (aggressive).
I am going to try to get a group going to see if we can get the NPC inside and find out what the treeasure is this afternoon.
More as I find out what exactly this adventure yields.
It should be noted that agreeing to help the NPC does not make the adventure show up in the Journal or as a Task.
If you only take one of the three, when you get her into the cave she says she will not reveal the treasuer unless at least one of her sisters are with her. Then she disappears.

The cave looks like a big rock but it has a hole in the side of it.  When you enter it, right click on the statue inside and a yellow con octopus will spawn.  Kill it and it drops the Goddess Necklace.    Nov 12

 This is an encounter for the Goddess Necklace artifact:
The Coral Sanctuary is at 56, 33 in Oceanus Hesperos.
Also, in the Coral Sanctuary, the three NPCs there (Unah, Inah, Nevsa) give you a short quest if you talk to them.  They say something on the order of (greatly paraphrased but has all the key points):
"Take me to a cave close by to the SSW.  It is swarming with sharks.  There is lost treasure there.  If you look inside and don't see anything, don't despair.  I must cast a special spell to get the treasure.  I will give you a share if you help.  Hurry!'
If you take too long, the NPC who follows you will simply turn around and go back.    Nov 11
