Origins of the Harpies Quest

Starting NPC:  Riranwyn in Oceanus Hesperos at loc 13.5k, 11.9k

Level Requirement:  Level 48.  - Papewaiyo

Comments on Solo, Grouped, or Battlegrouped:
This has been done solo.

Steps:

the location of where you need to go is Island of Meso 32.5x35.

Took a boat from Haven of Oceanus and keep checking my /loc when i entered  Metho. You can actually jump off the boat right beside the island with the  Harpies on it (loc 32.5k x 35k).

Run up to a pillar and kill the two harpies  and /forage. I actually went to 3 pillars and had all the items needed.

Swam  back out to location 24677 40688 and the boat to Vocanos goes right over the top of you. Double clicked the boat and went to Volcanos, ported back to Oceanus and finished the quest.

You need 4 pieces to finish the quest: Harpy Bones, Harpy Hair, Harpy Teeth & Nest Fragments. You turn these in to Riranwyn and he gives you the legs and tells you to see Alaeth if you have extra pieces. Alaeth is standing at the eastern dock in hesperos at loc 15500 16500. When handing in the trinkets to Alaeth you HAVE to turn them in in a certain order.  This order is Harpy Talon first, Bunch of Harpy Feathers second, and Animal Bones third.  He gives the order in the speech you get after you finish the quest with Riranwyn.  Apr 26 2004

need 4-5 parts with a capital letter in the name. Can't remember what they were, BTW if you have a group of people doing this, if one person in the group finds it you all get it. Kinda cool, put 1 person at each pillar, and the others just control argo. This gives you the epic pants.

There is a guy down by the docks who will buy the spare parts from you and give you i think it was a necklace. Also another person inside the circle name npc guy who will give you gold for other junk you get i think from the seed quest.

 in Hesperos Haven.. there is NPC.. name starts with A.. forgot ..but he is by one of the archways .. right side ..just inside the ringed wall. He gives 10g for the weathered ones and 1g for the corrupted.

This is the list of the jewels from Alaeth. You must save an animal bone a harpy feather and a harpy talon when you finish this quest. If you sell it all and try to go back it doesn't work, Ambi tried last night.
