The Secrets of Naxos
Starting NPC: Rydallos, named naxos, at 45k, 25k in
meso. Need to be at least neutral to Naxos Society.
Level Requirement: 40 - Kalhas
Comments on Solo, Grouped, or Battlegrouped:
At level 40, you will need 2 people. You can solo if you are 50.
Steps:
Warning: From what I understand, if you have started this quest and then attack a Naxos (even if faction
still is friendly) The quest will disappear from your journal and you
cannot redo it.
Need to be at least neutral to Naxos Society.
Speak with the starting NPC, Rydallos, named naxos, at 45k, 25k in meso.
-Talk to Nikoda, at 51k, 26k. She spawns here at 8am and 6pm.
-Kill 2 Skyros Sea Warrior, at 11k, 30k.
-Return to Nikoda. Give her the necklace.
-Kill Eurios, at 33k, 45k, and search the area after he is
dead.Wear the necklace.
-Return to Rydallos.
-Read the notes he gives you. /interact.
-Kill Dyoni at 26k, 40k. Midnight spawn, stays until 3am.
You have to fight Dyoni and Nikoda, both red to me at lvl 40, plus 2
guards that were orange to me.
Talked to a CSR that confirms that Nikoda pops a little early – do not
start to kill until midnight or you wont’ get bracers. Don’t get
bracers and no credit for Dyoni. Jul 3 2004 - Dixey
-Return to Rydallos for your reward.
Do NOT kill any naxos when you are doing this quest, it will fail, and
you will have to start over.

Tips:
Unlike popular belief, this quest was not completely
fixed. Yesterday, two friends and I tried this quest. One was
doing the quest and one was there as support for aggro. We were grouped
and when we hit the step to kill Dyoni and Nikoda, we did so as a
group. My friend doing the quest got the drop and I didn't.
While waiting for the spawn, I needed ML3 prereqs so we went after
Mourghart. My support friend got aggro in Naxos territory and we
lost the quest.
We started all over again. We get to the same point and
none of us get the drop. So we waited the 1 game day for the
respawn. This time my friend again gets the bracers and not
me. I appeal and the answer from the CSR is that they are aware
of the grouping problem with this quest and that that step needs to be
done solo. ...This can happen and... Mythic is "aware" of the

I've found that you have to kill Dyoni/Nikoda once per
person doing the quest. Takes a while with the 24 hr respawn

Also, the 2 Skyros Sea Warriors are orange-con to a level 41, and
come as a pair at the loc given. At that level you should probably bring a
friend.
